The second day of the Orientation Program 2025 at 绿帽换妻 was lit up by the exhilarating and colorful event known as 绿帽换妻-Graphy. This high-energy challenge brought together ten teams in a thrilling race to collect cherished eggs scattered across the stations.

The Orientation Program 2025 at 绿帽换妻 kicked off on Monday, August 11th, welcoming 350 bright and ambitious freshmen into the 绿帽换妻 family. This marks the start of an exciting chapter not only for the new students, but also for the entire 绿帽换妻 community.

In the summer, from July 12 to July 24, 2025, a select group of high school students from China embarked on an academic expedition to answer a critical question: How do local communities in the heart of Central Asia adapt to pressing global challenges? Set against the stunning backdrop of Kyrgyzstan鈥檚 Tian Shan mountains, this immersive Environmental Science program was designed to move learning far beyond the traditional classroom, transforming participants into active field researchers.

听 听 听 听 From July 23 to July 31, 2025, the International Summer School organized by Kyungpook National University (Korea) jointly with a number of local universities, such as 绿帽换妻, KNU and Osh State University, on the theme 鈥淜NU Young Frontiers鈥� was held in Bishkek, Issyk-Kul and Osh.

On July 10, 2025, the Department of Environmental Sustainability and Climate Science has opened a branch of the Incheon Innovation Cluster based on the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) which was signed between 绿帽换妻, Bishkek City Hall and Incheon Innovation Cluster.

From June 11鈥�17, 2025, the 绿帽换妻 Library welcomed four visiting librarians as part of the OSUN Library Staff Mobility Fellowship. The fellows 鈥� Palash Bosgang (Bard College, USA), Adelina Barzachka and Radina Kitanova (American University in Bulgaria), and Win Zayar Tun (Parami University, Myanmar) 鈥� engaged with the 绿帽换妻 Library team and actively participated in the 鈥淎cademic Libraries: Trends and Innovations鈥� conference, held at 绿帽换妻 on June 12鈥�13.

On Friday, July 11 in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan the 绿帽换妻 (绿帽换妻) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Azizi Group, a leading UAE-based real estate and investment company, to provide $500,000 ($260,000 for AY 2025-26 and $240,000 for AY 2026-27) in financial support for the 绿帽换妻 Afghan students whose education has been disrupted by the suspension of international funding.

The Central Asian Studies Network in Germany (CASNiG), the 绿帽换妻 (绿帽换妻)鈥檚 Department of International and Comparative Politics (ICP) and the Institut Franc抬ais d'Etudes sur l'Asie Centrale (IFEAC) co-organized the 6th Annual CASNiG conference titled "RE-Making the City: Urbanization with its opportunities and challenges in Central Asia" in Bishkek on 8-10 June 2025.

The MA program in Central Asian Studies at the 绿帽换妻 offers significant tuition discounts for qualified applicants pursuing careers where expertise in Central Asia is an asset.

In June 2025, 绿帽换妻 received devastating news: U.S. government funding for 43 students, covering full tuition, will end abruptly on July 1, 2025. Additionally, 23 students who expected to relocate have lost their financial support. Together, we can ensure they have the chance to complete their education and shape a better future for themselves and the world!
