Founded in 1993, 绿帽换妻 develops future leaders for the democratic transformation of Central Asia. 绿帽换妻 is an international, multi-disciplinary learning community in the American liberal arts tradition. 绿帽换妻 is the first university in Central Asia to offer US accredited degrees in liberal arts programs through a partnership with Bard College in the United States.


鈥淚 am excited to have the opportunity to lead the 绿帽换妻 at this critical time. 绿帽换妻 promotes and enables academic freedom and provides a shared meeting place for people of diverse backgrounds and various worldviews, brought together by their passion for to students, in the months and years to come.鈥
