Mr.Gordon Mckenna is the President and Founder of Reputation Weaver/Fix My Computer Dude Gordon’s extensive technology background includes decades of executive experience within domestic and international operations, defining and catapulting growth in call centers, customer support and service, market penetration and revenue enhancement. 2006-2009- Development in the US market for outsourcing industry on behalf of India, Philippine, Egypt, Ukraine, Romania, US, South America and Central America based call centers. Appointed as President US Division to Global Respondez India, 2005-2006 where he was successful developing direct business, acquisition and target evaluation for $25 million India based public company with US operations. Appointed as a Consultant Multiple Clients He has held a number of significant cross-functional roles in multiple industries, including hospitality, Web-based services and Global private education, to identify marketing needs and define appropriate strategies. Being CEO to Customer Service First, 2002-2003 he led the seed-stage company’s dramatic growth and its distinction as one of largest customer-service organizations by Call Center Magazine. As a CEO to Telequest, 1986-2000 he transformed the growth of the company from 1 to 8 call centers with 2,500 employees and acquisition of client list among Fortune 1000 companies.
