Welcome and congratulations on your acceptance to the ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ. We are thrilled that you will be joining our ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ family!
As a new student at ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ, you are bound to have questions. The Orientation Program is designed around you, helping to uncover the answers to the questions you have, and providing you information about campus resources, programs and services.Ìý By the time you leave orientation, you’ll be on your way to becoming a successful ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ student.
You will learn a lot about ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ at the Orientation Program.Ìý The program is an opportunity for you to learn how to navigate campus and will introduce ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ community.Ìý During the program you will begin to build a network of resources that will help you to start your ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ journey on the right path.Ìý At the Orientation you will find out more about:
- Liberal Arts
- Your major
- Registration for your fall schedule of classes
- Advising, Counseling and International Student Support
- Student life and student support services
- Housing and Food options
- Library and IT
- Tutoring
- Clubs and Organizations
- And many other campus resources!
Additionally, during the Orientation program Ìýyou will learn tips from students, faculty and staff who will serve as your guides during your time at the ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ.Ìý The Orientation Leaders and Student Volunteers will be around throughout your program, and, as current faculty and students, they are ready to answer your questions about life on campus. Come to the program with your questions about what it means to be an ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ student!
The Orientation Program also provides you with a chance to meet other incoming ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ students.Ìý Be prepared to meet new people, and to make new friends. We look forward to meeting you on August 16, 2017!
